It didn't run the whole time without oil, only the last bit when the oil ran out and you may have killed the engine before the last of the oil ran out. As far as running the engine with no coolant, you didn't run it long enough without coolant to hurt it. Right now the car is running OK and I do not see any smoke coming out of the exhaust.
