The charting is real time, but the quotes that he is trying to paper trade wont be accurate according to the chart. So for example if I am paper trading a SPY option right now, the quote may be for .63 per contract, but in reality it will be reflecting the quote 20 minutes prior, and not what the chart is showing currently.
